Now is the perfect time to complete that easy DIY insulation project around the house. Installing insulation, whether it be in your ceilings, walls, or under your floors, will help you reduce your energy usage, save money on your heating and cooling costs and help you stay comfortable for longer.
Patnicar Insulation ships only within New South Wales. Delivery is via our own fleet or via CSR Bradford's delivery network.
Local Area Delivery
Within Sydney metropolitan area, delivery is charged at a flat rate of $99.00 per order.
You can enter your postcode at the cart to see if your postcode is included. If you are unsure whether your area is eligible or not, please do not hesitate to contact us. We reserve the right to ask for extra shipping costs if the order contains exceptionally bulky items and are going to areas with higher than normal freight charges.
Regional and Rural Sydney Delivery
Outside Sydney Area and within NSW, delivery is at a flat rate of $99.00 per order. If you are unsure whether your area is eligible or not, please do not hesitate to contact us. We reserve the right to ask for extra shipping costs if the order contains exceptionally bulky items and are going to areas with higher than normal freight charges.
Delivery Time Estimation
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. In some circumstances orders may take longer, however you will be notified of the delay.
Please note that we do not ship to areas outside of NSW.
The length of time for delivery of your order depends on:
- Stock availability
- Destination of order
We keep stock of popular products in our warehouse and we often ship the same day the order is received if the order is made prior to midday.
Specialty items and stock that needs to be ordered require an extra 2-3 days for delivery – we will notify if your order requires this.
We do not provide an express service, and we cannot guarantee delivery days and times. We would recommend you wait until you receive the items before confirming times with electricians and other contractors.
If you need your order urgently, please feel free to send us an email prior to purchase with the item/s you are looking to purchase and the delivery address for the order to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can give you a more accurate shipping time.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account via the My Account link at the top of the window, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
